You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of purchase. We accept returns on unworn items in resalable condition (excluding any sale items and Partner business supplies, which are final sale). You will not be refunded for any shipping and handling on your initial order. Part & Parcel will cover the shipping costs of your return if you use the pre-paid return label provided to you by our Customer Support Team. If you prefer to exchange your product for the same item just in a different size instead of receiving a refund, we will waive the shipping costs to send you the replacement order with your new size, in addition to paying for your return shipping.
Please note that all sale items are final sale and are not available for a refund or exchange. At this time we do not offer price adjustments. Sale prices will be as marked and no price adjustments will be made on previous purchases.
