We accept exchange or returns on unworn items in resalable condition (excluding any sale items and Partner business supplies, which are final sale) within 30 days of purchase. If you want to exchange your item for an entirely different product, you will need to return your item for a refund and then place a new order for the product you desire. When you initiate your return, let your Partner or Customer Support know if you'd like to exchange your purchase for the same item just in a different size and we will waive the shipping costs to send you the replacement order with your new size, in addition to paying for your return shipping.
